Go away! Don't come back! We don't need ya!
Sickies and yucky germs that is. It has not been a fun around our house this week. Anden started running a fever of 101 on Monday night and things seemed to roll down hill from there. I tried to hold out as long as I could thinking it was just viral and all we could do was just wait it out. Things got really bad Thursday night so I took him to the Dr on Friday morning. Turns out Anden had a nasty viral cold with fever and on top of that has croup. Not fun. He is now on antibiotics and steriods.
(Joe found him passed out on the kitchen floor last night.)
Bless his little heart. He is miserable and so depressed. He is so tired of being sick. I tried to perk him up today by making him the ultimate in "get well" beds.
Mama is sick with 101 fever too, so I may be going Anden in his special bed soon.
So far Cole seems to be ok. Hope he doesn't get it. He is still his happy go lucky self. (Thank you Lori for Cole's cute outfit!)

The Great and Powerful Cookie Says....
I have never been a big fan of that little yellow fortune cookie you get from the chinese resturant. I usually break it open, read my fortune always adding the phrase "in bed" like we did in high school to get a good laugh and then hand my cookie off to Joe so he can eat it. They just always taste like card board to me. Well we ordered in chinese the other night and we got 3 cookies and they have been laying on the counter ever since.
They have been calling my name all day so I decided to try just one. I cracked it open and pulled out the little slip of paper and it read, "Treat yourself to a good book for a needed rest and escape." Huh! Funny thing is Joe and I just talked last night about me needing to take more "me" time and one of my ideas was to escape in a good book like I used to do pre-baby days. Crazy! I then eat the cookie and it is actually pretty good.
So I crack open the next one. This time it says, "Your life will be prosperous if you use your creativity." (Ahem! Won't be adding "in bed" to that one! LOL!) AH HA! I have been trying to figure out what kind of project to do next to add to my Etsy store since I have been having so much fun with the tutus. MUST.BE.MORE.CREATIVE!
WE ARE ON A ROLL!
Curiosity got the best of me so I just opened the third. "A long time admirer thinks highly of you."
OK! Who is it? Spill the beans! ;) :P
